1. Whatever begins to exist has a cause of its existence.The wording in this statement is tricky, but I agree. If something begins, then there was a cause.
2.The universe began to exist.Yes! It did. We call that the Big Bang. (Read this article to see what I think about using the Big Bang to prove God, yet denying that it happened.)
3. Therefore, the universe has a cause of its existence.Again, I agree. It's the Big Bang.

If the universe has a cause of its existence, then an uncaused, personal Creator of the universe exists, who sans creation is beginningless, changeless, immaterial, timeless, spaceless, and enormously powerful and intelligent.Whoa! Hold on! That's a lot to assume from just asserting that the universe had a cause.
4.1 Argument that the cause of the universe is a personal Creator:Why couldn't the universe have been brought into being by a mechanically operating set of necessary and sufficient conditions? The writer makes an asertion and does not explain why or why not. Also, there's a lot that we do not know about our universe. We can't just assume this without knowing what is "outside" of our universe.
4.11 The universe was brought into being either by a mechanically operating set of necessary and sufficient conditions or by a personal, free agent.
4.12 The universe could not have been brought into being by a mechanically operating set of necessary and sufficient conditions.
4.13 Therefore, the universe was brought into being by a personal, free agent.You haven't proven 4.12 yet! Well, OK! What if it was. What do we know about this supposed personal, free agent?
4.2 Argument that the Creator sans creation is uncaused, beginningless, changeless, immaterial, timeless, spaceless, and enormously powerful and intelligent:Why must he be uncaused? Maybe he had a cause that was uncaused. It doesn't follow that this creator has to be the first cause.
4.21 The Creator is uncaused.
4.211 An infinite temporal regress of causes cannot exist. (2.13, 2.23)Why does this have to be so? Again, maybe the creator has a cause that was caused by an uncaused cause. Why does this regression have to begin with this creator?
4.22 The Creator is beginningless.
4.281 The initial conditions of the universe involve incomprehensible fine-tuning that points to intelligent design.This is Douglas Adam's puddle argument. Maybe, because we are evolved, we are fine-tuned to exist in this universe. (Consequently, this universe seems to be fined tuned to create black holes. It just happens that life has a good chance of forming in such a universe.)
5. Therefore, an uncaused, personal Creator of the universe exists, who sans creation is "beginningless," changeless, immaterial, timeless, spaceless, and enormously powerful and intelligent.It's special pleading. The writer sets up some ground rules, but God is not subject to these rules.
If an uncaused, personal Creator of the universe exists, can the writer prove to me that it is his God? (I'm assuming the christian one, since it is a christian making the argument.) Despite, all the logic, the writer made the assertion that the "causer" is "personal". However, he didn't even bother to prove it logically. The writer is obviously a theist, but he can only assert the existance of a deistic god, because he didn't want to bother to prove that the creator is personal.
Christians make very specific claims about God. While the Kalam Cosmological Argument attempts to prove logically that a creator god exists, it does nothing to prove the specific claims made by christians. The "God" proven with this argument could be Yahweh, but it could also with equal probability be Azathoth, The IPU, Meelktar-zono, Mighty Universe Creating Pixies (a nod to Matt Dillahunty), or anything at all. The argument says nothing at all about the identity of the creator.

The kalam description of a god is just a wheel with axil that spins around and never goes anywhere. Just words that are worthless and explain nothing. It cannot explain of what gods were made from and how that intelligence came from nothing.It cannot explain how gods creat, what is the method to do this? The universe is not fine tuned it is 100% existence. Design is nowhere to be found only the fact of evolution exists, and that evidence is everywhere. From sub atomic to the universe.

All I can say is that plays on words, riddles, and bad philosophical arguments will never convince me that the Christian God is real.
Too many people believe these so-called intellectual Christian thinkers just because they sound smart. They make you dizzy with convoluted arguments, and some folks are naive enough to believe it all, just because the arguments are hard to follow.
COMPREHENSIVE VIEW OF SCIENCE OF RELIGION (THEOLOGY)

From Scriptures: (Prem Patra by His Holiness Huzur Maharaj)
The Current which manifested in the beginning of the creation is the Current of Sabda (Sound) and of Chaitanya (Consciousness). From whom that Current issued forth is known as Soami (Supreme Being). This Current, by turning back can merge again in the Holy Feet of Supreme Being. The entire creation manifested from this current and is sustained with its energy and when the Current of the Holy Feet is withdrawn, the creation ceases to exist.This Current of the Holy Feet is the Reservoir of all energy, tastes and pleasures, knowledge, skill, shapes, forces and light etc. etc. and of the entire creation, is also the Creator of all of them.
From Science:
Gravitation Force is the cause of manifestation of the creation (birth of planets, stars), its sustenance and when it is withdrawn towards centre or source the entire creation ceases to exist. Photons have originated from gravitons. In black holes photons merge into gravitons. In Black Holes, Gravitational Force is so high that it does not allow even light to escape. What does it mean then? It simply means that the gravitational force at black-holes attracts light towards it with much greater velocity than the speed of light. In fact, all forces including electromagnetic force, material force (strong and weak nuclear force) all merge into gravitational force in black-holes and becomes one force there and when the creational process starts again from a Black-Hole all the forces appear (manifest) again and descends downwards to create billions of stars, planets, satellite, asteroids and various life forms.
Hence it can be assumed that the Current of Chaitanya (Consciousness) and Gravitational Wave are the two names of the same Supreme Essence (Seed) which has brought forth the entire creation.
All cosmological researches should be conducted keeping in view of the following philosophical facts:
It has been stated in Bible (John I-1) “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God,”
Mohammedans hold that God uttered ‘Kun’ (i.e. ‘Came into being’) and the creation came into being (Holy Quran, Sur. Bakr (II.117).
In Chhandogya Upanishad it is written “Tadaikshat bahu syam prajayeyeti” (VI-2-iii) i.e. “It thought (desired) Would that I were many! Let me procreate myself!” The Aitareya Upanishad says,”Sa ikshat ‘lokannusrija’ iti (I-1-i) i.e. “He bethought himself (desired) – ‘Let me create worlds’, etc. etc.
It is written in Chapter VII of Srimad Bhagavadgita : Sri Bhagwan said, “Arjun, now listen how with the mind attached to Me and practicing Yoga with absolute dependence on Me, you will know Me in entirety and without any shadow of doubt” (1). I shall unfold to you in its entirety this wisdom alongwith the Knowledge of the qualified aspect of God, having known which nothing else remains yet to be known in this world (2). Earth, water, fire, air, ether, mind, reason and also ego; these constitute My nature eightfold divided. This indeed is My lower (material) nature : the other than this, by which the whole universe is sustained, know it to be My higher nature in the form of Jiva, O Arjuna. (4-5). Arjuna, know that all beings have evolved from this twofold Prakriti, and that I am the source of the entire creation, and into Me again it disappears.(6)
The Radhasoami Religion also tells that, the ‘Word’ mentioned above is in fact Current of Sound or Current of Consciousness or Prime Current of Spirituality which was issued forth from its Source, or Creator or God. This Current has later on produced light and other forces. The scientists are discussing these days about dark energy which constitute about 96% of the entire universe which is not known to us. Only 4% part of the universe is known to us by all scientific means. In fact this 96% invisible portion of the universe is the vast expanse of spirituality which can be designated as field of gravitational waves in scientific terms. Visible portion of the universe (4%) consists of consciousness (gravitational force), mental force (electromagnetic waves) and material force (strong and weak nuclear force).
Body = Nuclear Force (weak as well as strong)
Mind = Electromagnetic Force.
Consciousness = Gravitation Force.
According to Radhasoami Religion the whole Universe can be sub-divided into three grand divisions viz.
1. Region of Pure Spirituality
2. Region of Subtle Maya
3. Region of Gross Maya
Nuclear forces dominate Region of Gross Maya (Gross Material Region), Electro-magnetic forces dominate Region of Subtle Maya (Subtle Material Region) and Gravitational Force dominates Pure Spiritual Region.
This is the only Truth which can be verified scientifically and can be termed as ‘higher theory for everything’. This also supports the statement of Sir Sahabji Maharaj that ‘the goal of science – Truth; the goal of philosophy – Ultimate Reality; and the goal of religion – God’ are the three names of same supreme essence.
Many things are common between Current of Consciousness and Gravitational Wave.
1. Current of consciousness can not be seen by any means and gravitational wave can also not be seen.
2. Current of consciousness is the weakest force on earth. Its strength goes on increasing on higher regions. Gravitational force is also very weak on earth and strong on Sun and even more stronger on black holes.
3 Tendency of both current of consciousness and gravitational waves are towards their source or centre.
4. Current of consciousness and gravitational force are both regarded as the creater of all the celestial and terrestrial bodies of the whole universe. They are also sustainer of these and when they turn back towards their source or centre the whole universe will collapse.
Hence it can be assumed that the source of current of consciousness and gravitational wave is the same i.e. God or ultimate creator.
This theory is based on scientific deduction. In scientific terms it can be said that the ‘gravitons’ are the elementaryparticle which was issued forth in the beginning of the creation accompanying with sound ‘Radha’

From the American Heritage Dictionary- Sound is the fibrating disturbance in the pressure and density of a fluid.
In a vacuum or space there is no fluid or density, nothing to fibrate, thus no sound.
Consciousness has no power, it is awareness or the belief in right or wrong. Light does not speed up at the event horizon of a black hole, it is constant. Plasma speeds up close to the event horizon but does not reach the speed of light. Only mathematicals models speculate what happens in black holes.
All of existence only hapened at the singularity of the primordial big bang. Only at that event were temperatures hot enough to form the basic building blocks of all the materal that now make up our universe. Only at the singularity were the four force believed to be combined.
There is no magic creater that would be created of matter before matter was created, and no forces to exist. Time is not static it is relative.
Your view of science is speculative mythology. If it were science present it to the Academy of American Scientist.

Thank you very much for your very judicious response to my comments. Scientific view which appears to be speculative mythology will one day prove established science, I am confident. Speed of Gravitational Force is much higher than the speed of light ( a type of electromagnetic force), as I have mentioned in my previous comments. Force of Consciousness and Gravitational Force are the two names of the same supreme force current. The tendency of Gravitational Force is towards center whereas the tendency of electromagnetic force including light is towards periphery. It is an established scientific truth that during the formation of a star electromagnetic force including light is created by the action of gravitational force on contracting mass . Before formation of a star, light and all other forms of electromagnetic force remain in un-manifest state. It is only after the action of gravitational force that light and other electromagnetic forces are manifest. These electromagnetic force again merge into gravitational force at Black Holes.

According to Einstein Theory of Relativity, E=mc^2. According to this relationship of Energy and Mass
1 kg mass of any matter is equivalent to 9 x 10^16 J of energy.
Does it mean that,
Mass of any matter is Condensed Form of Energy and Energy is Diffused Form of Mass of any matter ?
A question may also arise what existed before the creation of the Universe Energy or Mass ?
